'The coffee you have at Macchiato is sourced carefully and with respect direct from farmers in exotic climates from our beautiful Earth.
We say 'respect' so not to disregard the poverty that may be in the regions of harvest. It is important in this day and age that we do not take our luxury of coffee for granted. As we like to say, coffee is a gift and we must be thankful for this at the very least and recognise those in harvest.
With coffee, our adventure includes a time to sit, sip, deal, meet and love. At Macchiato, our coffee house allows you to enjoy all opportunities that may arise from our coffee. This construction of leisure starts with the delivery of fresh greens - currently from Columbia, Sumatra, Cuba and Bolivia. It Is roasted through the early hours of the morning, packed and then extracted in its thousands for our Sydney palate. We serve it with milk, short, long, strong, weak or filter.
Our direction is based purely on the quality of the product adding to experience of Macchiato. We believe in passion and experience through product, and we take coffee to its extreme to deliver this for our customers.'
