The true nature of pasta

The best way to experience the true taste of pasta is to try hand made, fresh pasta.

Everyday at Macchiato we mix the simplest ingredients, flour, water and egg yolk, to create a soft dough that will be flattened, shaped and carved into all types of pastas, like pappardelle, strozzapreti, gnocchi, ravioli and lasagne.

Indulge in a whole different way of having pasta. Obviously cooked 'al dente'!
