Our Story
La StoriaWhat began as a single wood-fire oven and a dream on Pitt Street has grown into a Sydney institution. For over twenty years, Macchiato has been the place where the aroma of freshly roasted coffee meets the crackle of stone-baked pizza.
We still do things the way we always have: dough made fresh every morning, sauces from family recipes, coffee roasted in small batches by hand. Some things are worth taking time over.
