What we’ll ask you (so we can recommend the right fit)

To recommend the best starting option, we’ll usually ask:

  • your business name + suburb

  • whether you serve mostly milk drinks or black coffee

  • your machine and grinder model (if known)

  • approximate weekly volume

  • the flavour direction you want (classic/chocolatey vs clean/bright vs adventurous)
